My "Kai Kata" ไข่กะทะ

I don't cook often.  Mostly, I cook when I am home all day.  This time it was on Sunday morning.  The weather was getting warm as it supposed to be since it had been cold for few days before.  Yes, I said "COLD".  It was cold in April which is the summer time and the hottest month in Thailand. Unbelievable!!

Back to my Kai Kata, it is a kinda vietnamese but all thai people are familiar with.  It is very easy to cook and delicious.

The Ingredients:
1. 2 Eggs
2. Grounded Pork, Ham, Sausage, and Chinese Sausage
3. Some tomato and green onion, cut in small pieces
4. Butter and Cheese
5. Salt & Pepper

How to Cook:
1. Prepare the tops: Toss the grounded pork with soy sauce and set aside.  Fry ham, sausage, chinese sausage separately and set aside.
2.  Place the pan on the heat and let it get quite hot, add the butter and as soon as it melts swirl it round, add 2 eggs and slow down the heat.
3. Add some cheese into the white egg, and the all ingredients in. (Place them nicely).
4. Add the salt & pepper. (Optional)
5. Place the lid on the pan and wait it fully cooked as you like.
6. Serve it on the pan immediately with some bread.  That's why we called "Kai Kata".  Kai means Eggs and Kata means Pan.

     Enjoy!!
