Have you heard of David Thompson? He is a famous Australian Chef for the Nahm, Thai restaurant in London. He loves Thai food and studies all the ingredients of Thai food. All his creations are quite interesting.
Nahm in London got a Michelin star and it was the first Thai food restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star. As a Thai, I was very proud and impressed.

Btw, k.kook.. Did I tell you that I met David Thompson at Starchef conference last Oct. He was so lit up and talked to me in Thai while I initially responded in English.. well, he is farang, right. He speaks Thai so well.
ReplyDeleteThen I got his book with his autograph (for free). I told him that you ate at his restaurant in BKK. He sincerely suggested Nahm in London is his real gem and much better than BKK branch.
